These are new, but tagged here as “used” as they’re factory second units, meaning they have scratches on the forward facing side on the lid section, adjacent to the “Montecristo” wordmark. The main Montecristo logo on the base section is in good condition and not scratched. Unit is heavily discounted due to the scratches. Regular price is $30.00. Otherwise, these units are in as new condition. See pics here of the front facing side. Pics are not necessarily the actual unit you’ll get, as we have multiple units of these factory seconds, but pics are representative of the typical scratching we see on them. An Official Montecristo product release, this is a solid wood cigar vertically oriented desktop cigar humidor, displaying the famous Montecristo logo on the front facing side as well as the top lid section. The unit opens from the top with the upper section tilting backwards via a gold colored brass hinge on the back. The unit is an eye-catcher, with the main body in white contrasted by the upper section in classic Montecristo yellow, with full color logos. Colorful and attractive. Note that the Surgeon General warning label is just a sticker, and not a permanent part of the box finish. It is removable using basic sticker removal techniques. A nice Montecristo find. If not used for cigars, this will be a nice storage box for just about anything. Will be a talking point in any room, on a bartop, desk, shelf or in an office.Made of thick, solid wood, this unit measures 8 1/4 inches high x 3 1/2 x 3 1/4. This humidor jar will hold nine 50 ring sized cigars. Unit includes 4 interlocking pieces of Spanish cedar veneer inside, serving as separators for your cigars. These are removable, sliding right out if you choose to use this box for something other than cigars, of if you want to create more room for an additional cigar or two.
